These bulbs are great! Such an expensive prospect for a very decent price. They were packaged so well that they didn't break in transit. The light they give off is a beautiful amber color and makes my dining room look so luxurious. They elevate any lamp you put them in and I am very pleased with them. I will definitely buy more!

I don't often write reviews, but I recently purchased an original mid-century Sputnik lamp. Edison-style lamps are great for this. But they can also be a bit more expensive. THIS set is a bargain! I needed 9 bulbs for the lamp, 3 more. Perfect. And at a very good price! I was also concerned about breakage during shipping; arrived very well packaged.

These bulbs give off a bright, warm glow and the filaments look spectacular. I really liked the look. The only problem for me is that they make a lot of heat. I put it in a 12 bulb Sputnik lamp and it looked like a roaring fire. I had to convert them into something else. I've moved them to lights throughout the house that I don't use very often.

They look really nice and I use them in a lot of different lights around my house but I've found that they get warm no matter the light or what lamp they are in. very hot compared to the regular bulbs I buy. It's not really a problem, except for a lamp I have that has about 15 of these bulbs. This thing is like a heater if I leave it on too long. The color of the light is very warm and gives the feeling of a sunrise. Good atmosphere.

This is the first bulb of this type I have ever seen or bought so maybe it's my own ignorance but it's not just because it's sold for supposedly £60 -watt bulbs are extremely weak, but they also emit a very yellow-gold light. I installed a new fixture over the sink that uses these types of bulbs, but if I had known how dim or yellow they were I would not have bought them. They're probably good for accents or decoration, but I don't see how they can be useful for any sort of everyday lighting.

I ❤ Quantity and price! I'm NOT thrilled with the glow (color?) they give off. I put them in two ceiling fans and a lamp. The ceiling fan glow in the kitchen (color) is fine, but the ceiling fan glow in the living room (color) is not. The bulbs came packaged in a single box, with foam inserts at the top and bottom, with three rows of bulbs, each bulb being placed alternately up or down to save space . This is a good packaging/storage method when using multiple bulbs at a time as it may take some time to properly align the remaining bulbs in the foam box to allow the top foam to be pushed back down. and the box is closed. These Edison bulbs look really cool. They have a yellowish tint on the glass and look very retro but I like them. The only problem with these bulbs is that they get very hot. I used them in a fixture designed for twelve bulbs. It also has a retro style. I installed a dimmer to enjoy Edison bulbs. Even at low temperatures, these bulbs simply give off heat. It's almost a bit scary because it gets so hot. I worry about leaving them on when I'm not in the room. Not to mention I'm in South Florida…
