I like that you can have multiple forms of input for your survey, which is helpful in gathering accurate information from respondents (you don't always get answers when it's just written down).

Also love how easy they make creating surveys with different types/sizes! Not much so far - other than liking their product overall there isn’t anything bad about them at this point. They do what we need done well-and fast!! Nothing really right now but maybe an app would be nice? We are trying out Survey Monkey as our go-to software tool; however since using Dataspecs its been easier all around because not only does DS offer more options within one form instead having 2 separate ones plus being able to create custom questions or add new fields easily makes life simpler.
