The item was shipped quickly and well packaged. The product is easy to use. I only have one complaint. The battery cover screws are very small. I dropped one on a plush rug and no search could find it. It is very important to be careful when changing the battery. The user guide is very simple and contains a little more guidance than what is intuitive when looking at the product. It would be nice to have more detailed examples of how different functions are used. My main complaint is that there is no company identification, no parts list and therefore no way to backorder the missing battery cover screw.
