my toyota 4runner sun visor is a bit thick, I tried to find a clip for the sunglass holder but had a hard time finding most of them out They were plastic I chose them because this click is metal on the inside so I could easily open the C section of the holder to attach it to my visor and I was happy it holds up pretty well, is a minor issue The clip that you put your glasses on is a very soft foam that doesn't really hold the glasses tight. I will add some rigid foam in the future if needed. Otherwise it looks and feels like a solid product, but expensive.
