Scratched, dirty, earwax, dead battery.
My fiancรฉ gave me AirPods for my birthday. I was so excited to try them out.! I had to drive across town to pick them up at FedEx, okay, whatever. Does the packing list for AirPods say UPS? Something on. Should have been warning #1. They are dirty, scratched and covered in earwax. Rough! I was really excited about them, so I decided to ignore ("upgrade") it and just disinfect, clean and move on. OK, now I'm angry. I couldn't even try them! You're completely dead AND the real AirPod isn't working! AMAZON HELLO! Disable this seller, have you seen the reviews here? Unacceptable. please turn back
