Good pillow. I'm 5'6, female and of average build. I'm looking for a firm/supportive pillow. But there are different levels of the company. Why do I have /support. This pillow feels good but when I lie down it doesn't give as much as I would like. Supportive but too supportive/hard for me. The top was too high for my neck. This was an issue I've found with most of these types of pillows. The jaw always hurts. I tried the smaller side but it seemed too heavy. It didn't give way, like under the pressure of my hand. I wish this would work. The material and foam seem to be of good quality for the price. I've been looking for a quality pillow for a long time. I have neck problems and chronic migraines. If you use neck pillows I would try this one if you are looking for a firm/very supportive pillow. If you like something soft with a kick, this might not be for you.
