"Dedication " to Customer Service at SunnyBay Does Not Deliver the Goods

I decided to place an order with SunnyBay after being drawn in by their assertion that they provide the "greatest goods and customer service." To put it simply, we can state that they fell short in both areas. Their website was like a maze, and it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. When my order did eventually arrive, the goods were of poor quality and did not meet my expectations in any way. However, the true deal-breaker was the quality of their customer service. I wanted to get some assistance with my purchase because I had a question about it, but it felt like I was just yelling into thin air. I did not hear back from anyone for several days. When I did eventually get a response from them, their "dedication" to providing good service to customers was nowhere to be found. The representative was about as helpful as a screen door on a submersible. He or she was completely useless. It is abundantly obvious that the satisfaction of customers is not a priority for them. SunnyBay is the place to go for aggravating online purchasing experiences, low-quality goods, and unsatisfactory customer service. If this sounds like what you're looking for, don't bother. On the other hand, if you are looking for a pleasant shopping experience, I would recommend that you seek elsewhere.

Pros
  • Website that is easy to use.
Cons
  • expensive in comparison to rivals.
