My first fitness bracelet, very stimulating to keep moving. If you sit for a long time, it reminds you to get up and move around. It is important if the work is sedentary. Measures steps, heart rate, blood oxygen levels and sleep quality. All this is very interesting to watch. ))) I can’t say anything about reliability, there’s nothing to compare with. Bought one for my husband too.
