Good. So I read several reviews about this brand of wax. Spend 3 weeks researching and this wax keeps popping up. I understand that despite good and bad reviews I still had to try it myself because what works for one may not work for another. I have coarse hair on my legs. When it comes to hair, I'm average. I used to get professional leg waxing, but when it ran out, I was left with clumps of hair (I was furious because I paid over $90). I decided to make my own legs and you know what? This is the wax used in the salon to depilate legs! I was nervous at first but did better than the woman in the salon! Wax pulled all my hair out! I had no problems with that. Yes, wax is sticky and messy, but I put an old sheet on the floor so the wax gets on the sheet and not the carpet. Problem solved! This wax is great. No skin irritation (I have very sensitive skin). I'm glad I took the risk and bought this wax. To reviewers who were dissatisfied with the product. Maybe you're doing something wrong (too much oil or lotion on the skin. You didn't exfoliate, tell me beforehand. Wrap the wax strip wrong (I had that and the hair stayed with the root) or you need to look at some videos about correct hair removal with wax). Even for an avid salon goer like myself, I still watched 2-3 waxing videos before trying it myself. Bottom line - I LOVE it. I order again.
