Not my favorite lip balm
The lip serum definitely makes my lips fuller. I use it every morning, but I recommend Beautybio's Sparkling Rose Sponge. I really feel my lips tingle when I use it. It's a little chalkier and has more of a petroleum jelly texture, while Sparkling Rose is like a lip gloss.
