Great power supply for C wire

I use as power supply for c wire to my smart thermometer. It provides steady 24v 1000 mA power. The only downside is cord could be longer.

Works great on (open )neon signs

Cons

Unit did not supply 24vdc. more like 21 vdc. useless for my project. JUNK!
