Review on Crown Mark Devon Chair Table by Melinda Oliver

The 2nd arrived today. it was not expected to be delivered before the 9th. So fast shipping! It's not a big piece of furniture, but it looks great. Just don't look very closely, which most visitors won't see too closely. It's perfect for an end table that can hold a small to medium sized lamp, a few books, and coffee for guests. Easy and quick to assemble. It took longer to find a Phillips screwdriver than to assemble. I didn't screw below. There were no holes, and another reviewer suggested it wasn't necessary. I agreed that the self tapping screw fits snugly over the inside corner pieces where the holes should have been. It seems strong enough for what it is. I wouldn't trust it with a large desktop or TV, but that's not what I bought it for. The processing can and should be better. This is mass produced and wood is OK that is varnished without paying attention to wood imperfections or streaks. The top is faux marble but very pretty and I was pleased to see that it matched the marble on my lamp. The wood is darker than in the photo and in the photo the lower part appears to be finished but it is not. I like it and will keep it, but it should sell for about $10 less.
