I bought it based on reviews. I consider myself fairly savvy when it comes to beauty treatments and products and I have found this to be extremely difficult to use. None of the pads on the lid match my eyes or stick. They kept showing up. The pads are straighter and don't flex like the natural eye. The solution itself made my eyelid burn and swell. I don't usually have allergies or sensitivities to anything. I did my daughters first and it was a pain in the ass and nothing good came of it. I tried one eye and my eyelashes looked like a matted mass and my eyelid was swollen. The only thing I liked about the harness was the tweezers. Other things were cheap and I thought they could include more.
