I read the reviews and realized that this is not enough. They're about the size of a candy bar - well, it's 1975. And they're cute. Unfortunately the Winter Birds candle has a section down the center that looks like it has been whitewashed and repainted? You can actually see it in the photos of this candle on Revain so I'm stumped because it really looks like someone tried to fix a last minute mistake. I really appreciate the use of non-toxic materials and cotton wicks. It's important to me and I'll pay extra for it despite the small size, but the "white" aspect seems to reflect poor quality control or something. I know this is also an Etsy shop so maybe they are of a different quality? Bottom line, I'd pay more for them, like $12, maybe $14 (assuming they're hand-painted), but I wouldn't buy them again at this price point. The Green Holiday Tree Candle is very cute, but hand-painted or not, the price seems too high for one. I'd rather buy a larger version of this - something like a $30 centerpiece that I could burn for a long time. At this size you need at least 2 or 3 candles to make an impression and at $19 a piece it's not worth it.
