This thing is huge! 5x5 feet and we had to make room for it. I bought this because I needed a lot of space for my baby to play safely and freely because now he's crawling like crazy. It's easy to assemble, but the pole foam pads aren't included, but we didn't really feel they were needed. The bottom isn't soft, but I found these cute alphabet foam squares at Walmart and they were cheap and fit the place. We chose to put the foam squares on the bottom because the corners of the playpen don't lay completely flat and we are forcing them to float. It also helped not to slip on the floor because the suction cups don't really work.
