Well you get what you pay for. I was hoping that 1 laptop connector would be easy to pick up and carry out. I was hoping it would charge my laptop. I was . OK. I was too lazy. and in my defense. I didn't go to Best Buy to ask. It's mid Covid now so I just pushed the button. In a nutshell. It's a renowned center. The HDMI port did not work. I suspect that the old laser printer is not working. It's like the driver is missing. With time, maybe I'll understand why it doesn't live up to my expectations. So 3. not quite plug and play. Not sure why Revain would want to know, but it has good thickness and is cool to the touch.
