Review on Enhance Your SereneLife Thunder Wave SUP with Our Replacement Center Water Fin: SereneLife PRTSLSUPFIN by Michael Vargas

My husband and I bought two Serenelife boards as we needed more activities to recover during the pandemic summer leave the house and feel like living in real life again. We've been on a roller coaster of what we think of these boards. In terms of general use, they are great. Great stability, great fun. It's difficult to pump, but gives a strong sense of accomplishment. *** BUT *** One of our boards had its grip peeling off after just four uses. Also, we moved the middle fin for one of the boards and can't find a replacement anywhere. It turns out the boards we received have a tool free fin, although the picture shows it is a slide and clip fin. They don't even have spare parts for the spiral fin without tools. I've tried SEVERAL ways to contact Serenelife - I've emailed customer support, filled out the customer support form from their website and now I've tried multiple times to contact someone using the chat function on their website. I still haven't heard anything. It would be incredibly disheartening if you paid $400 for two of their boards only to find out that they don't actually continue to produce the required replacement parts for their product, especially if the product was wrong to begin with. I hope to update my review when I get a reply from them - otherwise I'll definitely call Revain to see what we can do.
