The sweater is too small

I was thrilled that my granddaughter would jump and swing. Unfortunately, she can only sway because the part she can walk to jump is ridiculously small. The hole is the size of my hand from fingertip to wrist. The two of us, working together, couldn't drag her into it. She's well in the weight range, so that's not a problem. She loves swings. Looks like I should have saved some money and just bought a swing set.
