I like that it is easy to use, has many features for my business needs (such as scheduling appointments), great customer service when you have questions or need help with anything! It's not very intuitive at first but once your used to using everything in there they are pretty good about getting back answers quickly if needed too!! They also offer discounts which helps offset some of their cost so its worth looking into.
If price isn't an issue then this would be one we'd definitely consider adding more staff members who can handle support requests quicker rather than waiting days/weeks sometimes before someone gets around them. !
