I was very disappointed when I first opened it. At first glance they seemed quite small (they are quite thin), but most importantly there is no evidence of OEKO-TEX or ISO 9001 certification on these towels. If they were certified, as the company claims in the description, it would be on the labels for towels, or at least on the cardboard label that towels are wrapped in. If the company can't show me the certificate, I call it wrong. Advertising. Blue and black dyes can contain the most harmful chemicals. So if I had known it wasn't OEKO-TEX I would at least have chosen a different color. The towels themselves are soft but not slippery (slippery like most department store towels). However, they are thin, thinner than other towels I have. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're expecting fluffy towels, it's not. However, they are well tailored and do not appear cheap or cheap. In summary I would say these towels are about 25% overpriced compared to what you get. Aside from not being certified free from harmful chemicals, I can't recommend them when there are so many other options.
