NOT for everyone! A couple of things were wrong with this item which prompted me to return the item for a full refund. 1) Watch video overview of the stitching at the end of the neck/headrest - it digs into the shoulders making it very uncomfortable to wear. Has anyone actually tested this product? I wonder how it got so many good reviews here. 2) Its dimensions are much smaller than stated - stated as 33.5" wide, although it is actually 28" wide at its widest external dimension and stated as 8.75" deep with padding, but its depth barely reaches 6 .5" without weight. If you have a wider frame and taller height this pillow will not fit you properly making it suffocating and too warm to use even in the dead of winter. The filler also compresses too easily and does not provide adequate head/neck support resulting in neck and back pain after just a few hours 3) Pillowcase material not specified If they were telling the truth that this is a spiky polyester blend I would not purchase this item If You have sensitive skin it feels like rough canvas material Overall I am very disappointed with this pregnancy pillow This is not a nominal purchase hoping for a comfortable sleep during pregnancy. It brought me no consolation. In fact, I've lost sleep trying to use it, waking up every hour from discomfort and overheating (and I get colds) during the winter. After 4 hours I threw it on the floor and finally got a good night's sleep. It took a full day for the neck and back pain to go away. To be honest I don't understand why this pillow has so many rave reviews. Maybe it used to be made of better materials, according to the measurements given, with better filling and a softer cotton cover? But even so, that U-stitch cuts into the back of the neck so much that I can't imagine it being comfortable. Be prepared to return this item if you buy it - save yourself the big shipping carton!
