Review on Keymecher Multi Gesture Trackpad Touchpad Precision by Chris Hernandez

The first unit I received had a blister under the seal in the lower right corner. (See attached image. Bubble is circled) Returned for exchange. The second block was in very good condition, but after a week of use the pad started peeling off the base along the front edge. (See the other two pics. One is how it 'should' look like. The red arrow shows the gap between the backing and the base in the other pic) The device still works, so I'll try gluing the backing. Descent. I don't want to go through another return. I bought it because my job requires me to smear a lot and I started to develop "mouse elbows". I think this will help reduce this problem. I live in a very dry area so static and "shock" are very common. If I don't touch anything to discharge myself before touching the pad, I get a slight shock and the pad stops working. If I turn the device off and on again, it works again. This is not a device defect, just an observation. If the tablet is idle for a few minutes it seems to go to sleep and sometimes I have to unplug and plug it back in to get it working again. There are other cases where it can be difficult to get the panel to respond to a click equivalent to a left mouse button click. When I use the left mouse button function in either the bottom corners or the top left corner of the panel, the touch function starts working again. None of this interferes with the display, but can be a bit annoying at times. It has several useful features. which makes it very convenient. Pillow size is great. The scroll bars on both edges work like a mouse wheel and work well. Two quick clicks are equivalent to pressing the left mouse button, and holding works very well. It is very comfortable! In general I like it. Just be aware that you may experience some quirks if you buy one of these. I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 because of the layering of the site. I hope this information is helpful to anyone considering purchasing one of these touchpads.
