I've used a few natural pre-workout products and this is the only one that tastes great, dissolves easily and doesn't crash. It's not like synthetic pre-workouts as you don't get a huge surge of energy, tingles and eventually a crash. It's a sustained energy, and since it doesn't contain many synthetic stimulants, it won't get your heart rate up too much or interfere with your cardio workouts. I really notice this in the middle of a workout when I usually start to slow down, I still have the power to push myself. I also noticed a shorter recovery period between strength and interval training. I don't know if it's related to the O2 peak or something else, but my stress levels also tend to be better during exercise.
