This is a water bottle. There's nothing special about that. It doesn't make me drink or remind me to drink by blinking or anything. I only drink when I can remember me and when I look at the bottle I can at least see the time on it and it's nice that I'm like, 'Oh okay, I'll have a drink', but I had other bottles . like that, and because I'm sabotaging myself, I don't end up drinking it. So, like I said, it's just a water bottle. What helps me recommend this bottle is that I hate filling my bottles and don't mind having room temperature water as I can drink it when needed. So this amount of water I need per day makes drinking that much easier as I don't have to refill it twice (like my last bottle over time). I love the cute color pattern and I love that the grip feels secure. The only thing I noticed is that when closing the lid I have to press down on the straw a bit because it wants to catch on the rubber seal. never mind I've also seen others say that the straw doesn't stick high enough. I can see where they are coming from but as you can see in my video all you have to do is slide the bottom of the straw forward and you have plenty of straw to suck on. Note. You can also simply remove the straw and drink from the spout.
