The customer service was wonderful! They were very friendly and responsive to our needs/wants - we really felt like they put themselves in our shoes when designing this product for us, and it's been fantastic so far as working together has gone (we've only just started using it). We are still getting used to how everything works, but everyone at GSG seems super nice, willing & able to help answer any questions or concerns that may arise during setup/use. Nothing yet, though I'm pretty confident there won't be anything bad once implementation starts rolling around mid April. It looks great online too! Very clean layout across all pages.
