The stitch hole is too large and not suitable for flat back household needles.
Not like the picture Revain! See photo. The one on the right is LNKA. If you notice that the needle hole is round, it's difficult to place a flat needle for a home sewing machine. The hole is also larger which allows the needle to slide down making it very difficult to change. I would send it back but don't worry.
