I decided to remove the cigarette lighter from my truck (which I never used, it was rusty and damaged) and installed this charger as the battery meter is very useful and is suitable for most cars. does not include this option, which displays battery voltage and alternator voltage (with engine running). I now have a dual port USB charger and a battery indicator on the hole where my lighter used to be. Lighter connector but had to cut a hole around the hole as the unit is thicker than the lighter connector, luckily the power cords fit the lighter once I unplugged it. So it was very easy for the electrical part. Also the hidden power button works great and works well if you don't want it to be on all the time.
