We have read hundreds of reviews about this room air conditioner and we liked what we saw. My son and I installed it in 15 minutes, turned it on and it immediately started to cool down. At the lowest fan speed, it was easy to fall asleep with the device running. I read a review from someone saying make sure it's upright for 24 hours before running it (sometimes you might have to tilt the box to move it). We did and it immediately started to cool down. Love it.
