This portable air conditioner has cooled my room well. It went like this for 4 1/2 years. However, the energy efficiency is miserable. I have an energy monitor on every circuit in my house. This block uses 2-3 times more than any of my window blocks.

Great product. I needed a little help with the air conditioning in my conservatory. I usually leave my doors open and the air out of the house makes it bearable. This year I decided to buy this device for extra air for the hot Florida summer. Works like clockwork. Easy to install and I love it.

This portable air conditioner has served me well, but not as much as I would like! I lived in a small one bedroom apartment and needed a fan to direct some of the cool air from the living room into the bedroom. It's certainly noisy and I have a hard time sleeping with it in my bedroom at times, but I wouldn't trade it for a window unit.

My central air conditioning broke and I needed a new compressor. I bought this gap gauge and it fully met all the requirements. I used it on 400 square meters. feet, and he quickly cooled the room. I like the single hose solution and the automatic evaporation without having to lay a drain line. That was the main reason I bought this device. The device stands on wheels and is therefore also very transportable.

We have read hundreds of reviews about this room air conditioner and we liked what we saw. My son and I installed it in 15 minutes, turned it on and it immediately started to cool down. At the lowest fan speed, it was easy to fall asleep with the device running. I read a review from someone saying make sure it's upright for 24 hours before running it (sometimes you might have to tilt the box to move it). We did and it immediately started to cool down. Love it.

I live in a small community, this mobile air conditioner is so loud that the neighbors knock on my door at 1:00 am of course I couldn't sleep because of the noise, like someone is drilling horribly, they say it's quiet, think again it cools the room but it's very noisy, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, we're stuck with it, bought it in January, just opened it and installed it yesterday, May 25th, we've had a long time waited, now we can't return it.

We currently have two of these units. They do an excellent job of cooling small and medium-sized rooms. Don't expect a whisper motor. They have a relatively loud hum. But you can work with them. The main thing is that they do their job. Cool the room and direct moisture through the window. If, like us, you have tall sash windows, you need an extension or a custom-fit insert. In the end, we settled on a special insole that a craftsman made for us. Works great with both.

This is my 3rd Delonghi that I've bought. The first two units worked effectively in California but were very noisy. UPDATE! 3 stars to 1 star. The device stopped working a year after its use. The compressor just died. If I ran it a lot I might not get too worked up about it, but I would only run it for a few hours each day on summer days, and sometimes just a fan. Also, at some point before that, the compressor was shaky, causing a loud rumble (louder than the AC itself is running). I had to put a chair in front of the air conditioner to prevent this.
