I have already purchased 2 pillows that come with the Snuggle-Pedic Zipper. None of the pillows I bought had zippers on the pillowcases. I've bought pillows at different times, the pillowcase from the oldest pillowcase hasn't taken the wash lately and was a bit scuffed. Not in a bad state, but I have more of an OCD. I admit I was a bit panicked, I love my pillows! But then I discovered that they sell pillowcases with zippers that would allow me to replace my pillowcase without losing my amazing pillow. Ideal! i bought one And thankfully, this is just the beginning of my review. The day after the purchase, the seller contacted me and explained how the pillowcase works. I was very pleased and grateful - glad I didn't have to struggle with this and then rush back and ask for information. No, they laid everything down and made it very easy. I received my pillowcase, replaced the broken one and my Snuggle-Pedic pillow is like new! Good service! Great products! I highly recommend them. Oh, and if you haven't tried Snuggle-Pedic Pillows, you're missing out! Because I sleep on my side I can't live without mine now! Lanette
