I like that it is easy to use, they have an app for mobile devices too! The support team are always willing help you out if there's anything up with your account or website - very friendly people who look after their clients well.

There isn't much at this time but i would say give them some more features as my customers love using smoothweb because of all its great benefits!! Having everything in one place makes life easier when managing multiple sites from 1 platform which was something we were having trouble doing before so thank god we discovered smoothe web.
