Great for baby/toddler hand kites
Perfect if you are looking for short designs in multiple colours. I was able to make some "hand kite" toys by tying them to wooden rings. I recommend using a flame to seal the ends of your ribbons to keep them from fraying; I suspect these ribbons contain a very small amount of natural fibers in addition to the polyester, as one of them caught fire when I melted the ends, but the flames were easily put out.
