I like how it shows me all of my customers that are not in our system, which makes scheduling much more efficient! The only thing i dislike about this software has to do w/ billing issues - they usually show up when we need them least (just before or after bill due dates).
We're solving for one end-to-end process here though -- from customer onboarding through account management & reporting. It's helped us save time by automating manual processes such as creating new accounts / adding contacts into CRMs etc., so now everyone can focus their attention towards what matters best--the business needs themselves :) Customer Onboarding : Makes life easier since there isn't any room left for error during first touchpoint between prospect and agent. Account Management : Allows agents to spend less time managing clients' requests because everything related to client data.
