How could such a bad product be made?

The box was packed in a film, because of which it was wrinkled and torn.
The control stickers were torn off, so this is someone's return.
The only question is whether they used this product or not. I do not recommend this seller.

Its pros: Very, very comfortable. Excellent quality. Has cons: You have to get used to using it. I didn't succeed right away. Fairly expensive.
