I used it to fit a third NVMe SSD in my tiny Morex 557 mini-ITX model. The motherboard already supports 2 NVMe drives, one on top and one on the bottom. As it turns out, there's enough room in the Morex case that you don't even need an adapter to be that unobtrusive, but I'm not complaining. The instructions are a bit confusing, but in the end everything is correct. I like how the heatsink is on the bottom of the NVMe drive. This means that with a single-sided NVMe drive, all chips are still clearly visible. The heatsink has proven effective on my 970 PRO drive which is one of the hottest drives on the market.
