Let's start brewing another batch of homemade beer!

I wasn't looking for a pizza pan or warmer. I needed fermentation control for homebrew. There are cooler bags on the market, but I didn't want to spend more than $65 for them. So I did some research and bet on this bag from other reviews to see if it would work or not. This bag helped me control my fermentation temperature with a simple yet innovative insulated fermentation bag. Fermenting craft beer at the right temperature is one of the most important factors in making good beer. If the temperature gets too high, your beer will taste "roughโ€! Typically the advanced home brewer will want a spare fridge or even a fermentation temperature control fridge, both options either take up a lot of space or can cost a decent amount of money. This bag allows me to brew beer for those with limited space or the brewer on a budget, which is a great option for controlling fermentation temperature and making great beers. You freeze a 2 liter soda bottle with water or similar and place it in a fermenting bag along with the fermenting bottle. A typical desired fermentation range for ale averages around 62-72 degrees Fahrenheit. For a typical 5 gallon batch, (1) a frozen 2 liter bottle should lower the temperature of the wort by about 5 degrees, while using (2) 2 liter bottles will lower the wort. Temperature around 11 degrees for 24-36 hours. Of course, your exact results may vary, but you can control the amount of ice you use. I'm currently working on fine tuning the right amount of ice to maintain the right temperature. This bag also folds easily to store away until the next brew day!
