I have used them before and they are one of the most durable items I have seen. Great product for the price! I highly recommend. Of course, if you are an idiot and put the heaviest objects on it, it will fall or break. That's physics. The photos of the product show it is a thin fabric and metal rods so I don't understand why people don't see that they get what they paid for. The instructions are useless after the first step and the only reason anyone would have trouble building it is a lack of common sense. Took me less than 45 minutes. I wish they had more colors.
