The paddle is light and strong enough. The price is reasonable, the size corresponds to the description. However, the manufacturer has placed the company logo on the back of the paddle, including www. Nowhere in the photos of the rudder is this visible. They die cut it about 3 x 4 in size and then coated it with clear coat. We used that as a reward and had to sand down the paddle and then reseal it. If the company featured a very large logo on the back of the paddle I wouldn't buy it. Advertising is misleading.
