I like how easy it is to create employee profiles, track performance management reports for employees in real time as well have access from anywhere at any given moment of day or night! It's great that you can be able manage all your Human Resource Information right inside one place with minimal effort needed when managing an entire organization workforce!! And not having too many options makes finding solutions easier than if there were more complicated features available (which could also make things harder).

There are still some areas where we would love improvements such as being abeo lto add multiple job title fields so employers/managers will know exactly what their position responsibilities entail - this was something requested by our clients but has yet been implemented into openHRms platform.- The ability sometimes seems slow-moving compared other platforms out here which may seem faster moving however they do lack certain functions found within others including tracking training information / cert.
