Wrong size sent

Ordered for my almost 4 month old baby. The packaging was marked 3-6 months but when I opened it I realized this set is huge! Unsurprisingly they are listed in size 80 which is 12m. It's cute, but we can't even try her on until she's a year old. I refrain from exchanges as the box they came in says 3-6 months. I wonder if they are all the wrong size?
