Messy but useful to have on hand
Buy a jar and keep it in your pantry, it's one of those things that you can use for a multitude of reasons and in many situations are useful. Yes, I've brushed my teeth with it and noticed a white tint, but it's dirty. I recommend pouring a full cup into a small glass and using that glass to brush your teeth. Yes I mixed this with water and drank it for stomach problems and it was helpful. I'm glad I have it on hand.
