I bought two of these for my fiance and I to start cooking lunches for work; I was very excited about it at first, although it's faded a bit. I was really surprised at how much food you could fit in these compartments and I really like that you can separate snacks/meals etc. I noticed a huge crack in the lid after the first use, it warped a little after a wash in the dishwasher and today, after my fourth use, one of the levers that close the boxes broke. I figured it just "popped out" and I can put it back on, but that's clearly not the case. Therefore, I am very disappointed that after a few uses, one of my boxes was completely unusable for me because the lid for it had completely failed. The other set of boxes is still holding up (albeit slightly deformed) - so I'm hoping it's just a one-off with a product and a faulty case? I haven't decided yet whether I will pay ransom or not.
