I have bought many of these to give physical therapy to my patients. I don't know how long this foam will last, but I think it's a great test before you buy something more durable but more expensive. Recommended for posture correction for people who tend to sit flat on their pelvis (sacral sitting) instead of rolling forward. Most commonly used for herniated discs.

Pros

Use our ergonomic foam wedges for lumbar support when you're sitting anywhere: in your chair, in your car, in the office, on a bus or on a rocket! This product is usually used to clamp behind the back when you sit, not to sit.
