Bought this chair because my old office chair fell down. Here's my 2 cents. When I received it, assembly did not cause any major difficulties at first. Came in a big box. It took about 1 hour to assemble and put on. When I first looked into it, it seemed pretty solid to me. Comfortable and stiff so it had good support. After 2 months the screws started to loosen. This randomly loses compression, requiring me to re-adjust the seat height. Almost every 2 or 3 days I raise it halfway and then when I go back to check the fit it sags. I feel like the hydraulics have failed or aren't as good as they used to be. The armrest is very loose and needs constant tightening. Finally, after two months, the seat cushion failed. I can feel the frame under the seat. I've tried to find ways to restore the shine to the pillow, but to no avail. For long periods of sitting for hours, e.g. for games. AVOID THIS CHAIR. For light sitting like a few hours a day. then this is the ideal budget option. I think I will choose the OMEGA chair instead. This seat is not designed for this.
