Review on ECHOGEAR 20U Open Frame Rack for Servers & AV Gear - Durable 4 Post Design with 2 Vented Shelves & Wall Mount Capability by Joshua Wheeler

Assembly was going great until I went to put on my skates. Three of the four holes were machined perfectly. The fourth allows you to paste less than a quarter of the post. I tried this with a few rollers to make sure the one I was using was correct. I took the casters off and tried to install the rack leveling feet and the result was exactly the same. The adjuster foot offered a lot of surface area (at the nut) to work on, but the resistance felt like I could potentially break the bolt. Now I have to disassemble the rack, pack it up for return and move the installation. Insufficient. I have used other ECHOGEAR products with positive results but am not sure if I should exchange the product or just return it and switch to a different manufacturer. I can't afford to experiment with my time management.
