The product seems well made for the price. We bought for use during grooming when our dog becomes very nippy. The problem is the muzzle design isn't secured with a strap over the head, so our dog immediately figured out how to pull it down under his snout. I think it might work on dogs with a longer snout.The materials are similar to those used in small to medium dog harness. It has the same plastic buckles as our dog harness. This may not be heavy enough for larger dogs.
