Great prices and exceptional customer service

Item arrived exactly as described. I tested the ink and it works like a well known brand at a fraction of the cost. The cartridges are individually wrapped and carefully packed. On the test page this does not work and is not smudged. I think all documents should dry within a few seconds. So far I am happy with the product and have saved a lot of money. Once upon a time, before Revane took over the world, I cringed, persistently and silently cursing the HP in Staples. Target and/or Walmart for exorbitant ink prices. My co-owners of the HP Photosmart know exactly what I'm talking about when I say over the top! See HP Photosmart printers may not print in black or grayscale if one or the other black cartridge is missing. My HP is an old bluetooth touch screen printer. Funny how HP convinces its customers that they know the 564 Photobox because it is red and black instead of the classic black and blue or black and green. I appreciate the HP picture frame's color coding in RED as "WARNING! WARNING! YOUR PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT WITHOUT THIS EXPENSIVE UNEXPLANATED OPTIONAL BLACK POINT CARTRIDGE!โ€ Thing is, due to ink prices, I NEVER print photos at home. During my college days, I need every ounce of black ink a printer can put on paper. I used to be an avid cartridge recycler. I would bring ten used cartridges to Staples (10 is the max Staples takes in a month) in exchange for coupon points which never arrived in the mail but was told they could be printed online?! Yeah right! The ink costs me about $100, can you print and mail the coupon? HP cartridges belong in the trash! I am more impressed with Kingjet's customer service. They sent a follow up email asking about my experience. Vianna's correspondence is cordial, professional and courteous. Companies that reach their customers after the purchase are smart. Sending follow-up emails within a day or so of a purchase being shipped shows company intelligence and strategic thinking, and this proactive approach gives the company the opportunity to fix product issues before Revain is notified and bad reviews are written .
