I bought my son a VR for Christmas and took it home. looks ok It was easy to set up. Contrary to other reviews, the motion controllers appear to charge, but also fall off incredibly easily. The instructions state that sidelights are optional, but there are no instructions on how to turn them on and off. So far it's working, but I'll look around for something better. Update (February 11, 2020) Less than 2 months after Christmas, motion controllers stopped charging where they used to charge slowly. I removed everything and removed the stand to find out why. The USB connector in the holder came loose and got stuck on the cable. No wonder so many complain about it not being charged.
