My son hasn't swum in them yet but they seem to be of good quality. However, as you can see from the photo, the problem is that the mesh lining in the cases varies greatly in size. Same brand, same size (10/12), different color and the outer shell of the panniers fit the same. But the pair's mesh lining on the right is too tight around their hips. I don't want to trade it for a larger size because 12/14 would be too big and I have no idea if the identical swap would have larger leg holes. I can't tell they're small or big, they're just terribly inconsistent. I'll just send back the right pair.
