Seriously, buy a fan for your amp. One of my amps overheated and exploded, luckily it was replaced under warranty. After this happened I started looking closely and noticed that the amps get very hot. I bought some cheap 4 inch USB fans and they work great. I got my hands on the amps after a racing session and they are no longer hot. Now they've withstood a year of constant abuse, even in games like Dirt Rally 2 where they vibrate non-stop. I run them with the Sim Commander software and love it. The software is quite expensive, so there may be cheaper alternatives. I am running the software in sit/pedal mode. I tried fitting the buttkicker into the GT Omega recommended chassis but it didn't work. The feedback was tangled with the chassis. I've had the best results by mounting them directly to the seat and pedals. After using it for a long time, I really imported the settings and can no longer imagine racing simulators without them. I love my buttkickers and everyone who tries them too.
